Bough off the rack, no alterations. Snug fit, but very comfortable. Beautiful bustle, but my mom didn't do it correctly. I did notice on inspection (I opened the box last night for the first time) that the eye hook needs repair. I'm not a very good seamstress, so it will be as-is.
