This is not a slip. This is a tulle overskirt from BHLDN. The skirt is a size 12 and runs true to size and was not altered in the waist.
A 3-point French bustle was added with small pearls to indicate where to bustle. This can be easily removed. There is a small train to the skirt. Note: this skirt has a side closure. I was 5"5' with my shoes so I would think this will be great for anyone under that height.
***Please note, the skirt has not been dry cleaned and is dirty at the bottom which won't matter if you're willing to clean or if altering the length. I'm willing to send pictures of the bottom if needed.
